Vortex gas separators are designed to filter mechanical particles and condensate from natural, side, oil and synthetic gases and provide filtering fineness starting from 1 μm and find their application as a part of various skids and assemblies, such as automatic gas distribution skids, startup and instrument gas treatment plants, booster compressor stations, block and gas pressure control valves. Another application is natural and side gas treatment systems in removal from coal mines.

The equipment comes as independent units or with tanks to collect treatment products and condensate; separators are available with both skid-mounted combined and independent accumulation tanks in vertical or horizontal design. Separators themselves are available in vertical or horizontal design.

The operation philosophy is based on having mechanical particles and liquids removed from the gas flow by centrifugal force.

Internal components of the separation cartridge are made of corrosion-proof steel grades like 12Kh18N10Т, 08Kh13, 20Kh13, 08Kh22N6Т (Cyrillic 12Х18Н10Т, 08Х13, 20Х13, 08Х22Н6Т).
