Description

* Technical specification included in the Registry of welded steel structures, couplings for stabilizing units and repair couplings recommended for use at Gazprom sites.

Welded steel sleeves are used in repair of both penetration and non-penetration defects of piping in diameter range from 219 to 1420 mm and welded joints with operating pressure up to 9.8 MPa incl. and rated wall thickness ranging from 7.0 to 32.0 mm, in climate design U and UKhL. Length of the sleeves may vary depending on customer's needs: from 300 to 3000 mm (for sleeve designs 1-5) and up to 11000 mm (for sleeve designs 6 and 7).

Reference example of sleeve design 1 for repair of OD 720 mm pipelines with rated WT 16.0 mm, strength class K60, operating pressure 7.5 MPa, service factor m=0.75, climate design UKhL and length 1000 mm:
